Bed was firm which I like. Japanese style toilet, free use of microwave on each floor. Breakfast included which is limited to toast n cook Ur own eggs with coffee and orange juice. Location so close to station and lotte mall. They give free amenities such as toner, emulsion, etc. Free use washing machine and dryer.

Very central position. I have never seen a room that offers so many tools and things for such a little price. (We had the deluxe room) We had hairdryer with straightener, hair brushes and hair spray! Face cleaning products such as toner , emulsion. We had a jacuzzi bath! And to end we had a super technological wardrobe To dry and iron your clothes whilst in it! A huge tv with Netflix and a computer. The room was also super clean

Clean bed, clean toilet. Location is super close to Busan Lotte Department and walking distance to Seomyeon station and underground shopping centre. There are many good restaurants nearby.

Check-in was fuss-free. Location was good - it was very near the metro station. Room was generally quite clean and spacious. There are good food places around the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. Considering that we were there just to sleep, we didn't need more space. If one wants to hang out in the room, I would suggest something else.

the breakfast was do it your self, so i didnt have breakfast, but did make toast for my son.

I loved the gigantic bathtub. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was firm and pillows were exceptional. Large TV with free access to Netflix and YouTube was nice.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. He let us check in earlier since we arrived early. The kitchen is well equipped and cozy. We’re particularly happy with the breakfast prepared by the hotel. Also it’s close to many restaurants, convenience stores, bus stops and subway station.

Incredibly good value. Very well equipped room (I had a mysterious heating cupboard that helped me with my laundry!). Massive telly, big bath, comfy bed.

Very good quality/price location, many technical convinieces avaliable, super-friendly staff. Basic breakfast avaliable that will fill you up for exploring the city. Washer & dryer avaliable without additional payment.
